Ryan: I am currently 30 years old. Recently, I finished treatment for a rare type of bone cancer called a clival chordoma. At the end of a year long odyssey, that took me through 3 brain surgeries and 8 weeks of radiation, I have found myself 50lbs overweight, (truthfully I probably started 20lbs overweight). I was once a runner, a cyclist, a swimmer... I am starting this blog to catalogue my journey as I return to health, begin life anew, now cancer free - in part to hold myself accountable, maybe inspire others who have been through similar maladies - battling cancer or any other debilitating disease.
